A Note From the Founder

Hi! My name is Corey Conroy and I am the founder of Easy Ed. If you are feeling overwhelmed about applying for teaching positions, I can relate. As I was applying to teaching jobs for the first time, I was consistently unprepared because I didn't know what to anticipate on the applications or during the interviews. Unfortunately, my university did not spend much time giving insight into what to expect and how to prepare. After going through several interviews where I did far from my best, I began to know what to expect and thus, what I needed to do to prep.  It was only then that I was able to go into an interview with confidence and truly be myself.  It's no coincidence that is when I got my first job offer!  When I reflected on my experience in this process, I realized that if I had known how the process worked and what hiring principals/committees were looking for, I would have thrived from the beginning. If you know what to expect, you know how to prepare.  That is what led me to create Easy Ed. If you are feeling unprepared, looking for more insight and advice from actual experts (like hiring principals), not getting interview requests, or want someone to walk you through every step of the process, then Easy Ed is the prep program for you!
